St Patrick's Day

I don't know what happened to my post the other day. But my write up is missing. It was there when I posted it. Today gone. Lets try today.
We're into the fifth day of March Break. My daughter has had the last two days with friends over. Thats it for the week. Today they have a dentist app., and we have to run into my work for a retirement celebration for a co-worker. A few errands around town, and then it will be time to pick up my husband.
I think this is one of my favorite cards so far. One I designed myself from a page map. I love the page maps, they are great to get you started. www.pagemaps.com
At least I don't have to go to work tonight. The only night this week I'm off till Sat. But at least I get to be home with the kids during the day.

Lazy Day

March Break

Today is the first day of march break. A whole week with the kids home. It's started out with endless playing on the Wii, and the morning's not over.

Staying with Easter, here is another. I'm feelling pretty good about my easter cards. A few of them I did from a page map. This was one of them.

This card has some cute chicks on it. I did them in flocking, so they are fuzzy.

Its the weekend for most people, but I'm one of the lucky ones that gets to work on Saturdays.

Easter

I spent the weekend making Easter cards. I have to stay ahead of things. Sometimes I cann't card for a few days.

I picked up Cardmaker Magazine last week. This card was in there. There were quite a few cards that I liked. Ones done on parchment paper. Painted and pierced. I would like to learn how to do, but it means buying new tools. Some day .

Simple Birthday

Here is a simple birthday card. I had a request for one in purple and green. It turned out very well. It's spring looking. Which is something I'm looking forward to, with this mild weather and the snow starting to melt this weekend.

Weekend

Well Saturday is here. It's a day at home with the kids. My husband is off checking out a RC car race with a friend. Good news my sons knee is feeling better. He has ditched the crutches.

Here is a card I saw on Do-Crafts. I'm making Easter cards now. Just trying to stay ahead of things.

Missed work

Well I didn't even start work today and was called to get my son from school. He had hurt his knee at school before it even started. So after a trip to the doctors office to find out that no doctor was in till 5pm it was off to the hospital. After a three hour wait, we finally saw the doctor. He came home with crutches, and ended up going back to school for two hours.

Home alone

It's hard to find something with sympathy on it, be it a stamp or stickers. I found this one from Stampin' Up. The flowers came with it too.

Today is my quite day. Home alone hasn't happened for a while. Last week my son decided he was sick, and had to stay home with me.

Just a note

All day yesterday I spent at a crop day. It was great just to sit there all day and actually acomplish something. I finished two pages from my vacation.

Here is a cute little card I made up to use as just a note. I left it blank inside so as I can write a little note in myself. I saw this type of card on Hunnybunny blog. I think its my favorite blog. She does alot of work with the cuttlebug.

I have a couple new cards to add this week. My dad got some birthday cards so I have to restock. Noticing I don't have many for men.
