Another teacher card

Afternoon everyone.  Two days left of school.  This morning I arrived at the school for an assembly at nine, only to find out DD had the wrong time.  So back home and another trip in at eleven.  Two of the classes sang Waving Flag accompanied by the xylophones.  They did a great job.  Tomorrow I will be back there enjoying the last day with the kids. 

Here is the last card I had to make for the little guys EA.  She is so wonderful with him.  He has come so far from when he started kindergarten.  Way to go Litte Man.

365 Cards

Hello everyone.  I have managed to make two cards though they are the same, but different colors.  These will be for the kids teachers.  I have one more to make for the little guys EA.   Three more days of school.

This card is for 365 Cards-Day 112-Super Sketchy Sunday.

Here is the sketch.

Monday I enjoyed a delicious lunch put on by the teachers, to thank all the parents that help out around the school during the year.  Tuesday was to be Sam's class trip but it was rained out.  Thursday started out rainy but was clear by the time we left for the park. 
This is Sam (in the blue) and her best friend.  The walkway is 15 feet up in the trees.  What an enjoyable afternoon the class had.  They also went on the Big Zip Line the runs over the paddle boat pond.

Teachers

I'm back from tree top trecking. What a morning. It was amazing. I'll have to post some pictures when I get a chance to get them off the camera this weekend. We were about 30 feet off the ground walking on a cable. It was great. There were a couple of small zip lines, but the last one we had to move across the park. The big one was about 350 feet across water. Woooow. All the kids had fun.

I'm showing these two cards together because they are similiar. They are for the kids teachers. Wow, one more week of school, and not even a full week, they're done on Thursday. This year has gone so fast. Must go make supper before kids get home, pick Randy up because my car wouldn't start this morning. I have his. And work at 5.30.

Teachers Gifts

Well here I am again, playing with my blog two days in a row. It's nice to be off two days in a row. Since it's the end of school year and very busy. Today I go to the school for lunch. The teachers put together a big pot luck lunch for all the volunteer parents that help out throughout the year. I always enjoy it.

Tomorrow is the kids end of year class trip. Grant goes to Big Curve Acres and they have asked that volunteers don't go. Which is good, because Sam's trip is the same day. Shes going tree top walking, and they have a zip line there too. I'm going with her. Looking forward to the adventure.

These two notepad covers I made for Grant to give to his teacher and E.A. I found the pattern for it on http://www.heroarts.com/ . They were very simple to make.
