Cake Anyone
Morning everyone. Here it is midmorning and I'm still in my jammies and surfing the blog sights. Day off and I've decided I'm having a lazy day (with just a bit of house work thrown in).
I dug out the manual cutter for this one. My old faithful cutterbug (it's feeling neglected since I got the silhouette). I always find it hard to make a card with no stamp. I'm so used to reaching for that stamped image, but this cake filled in nicely. A little score around the edges of the white, and distressed with yellow distress ink. It's hard to see that the scallops are lined with a gold glitter pen. (a bit of a stretch for the glitter challenge)

Wow different we crafters are-- you say you find it difficult not to stamp a card-- while here I am -- I struggle to incorporate a stamp in my cards!!

I think is so lovely....to be honest when I first saw it I thought it was a stamp. Such a wonderful colour combo. Thanks so much for digging out cutterbug to join in our Anything Goes challenge at Unstampabelles.
Cute card, love the blue and yellow combo. Thanks for linking it up to Little Red Wagon.
