Back to school

Good morning everyone.  Hope you had a glorious Labor Day Weekend.  Ours was spent working on the house.  Drywall, sand, drywall, sand.  I hate mudding. But today is a joy.  Peace and quiet.  The return to school.  I can sit and work on the computer without being interupted.  Even took the day off so I could be by myself.  Sometimes you just need a you day.  Nobody chattering in your ear.  He's really cute, but you can only listen for so long then you start tuning out.

Today card was made for my aunty.  A pretty bouquet for her birthday, colored with markers, not always my choice, but I wanted the flowers nice and bold.  I used stickles to dot around the outside of the image.  And place some jewels on the flowers to give them a sparkle.  The sentiment is a silver sticker that I colored with purple marker.

This is really pretty. You sound like me, measuring the Seasons by what you can and can't see in the garden. I always have a little tinge of sadness when the Summer flowers disappear as it means the cold weather is on it's way!

Thanks for joining in the fun at Crafty Cardmakers this time.
