Monochromatic Christmas

Afternoon everyone.  I've just gotten back in the swing of things and I have to go back to work tomorrow.  Not looking forward to it.  I'd much rather be here creating.

It has turned out to be another beautiful sunny day here. Although I'm not out enjoying it. I do enjoy the sun coming in the front windows.

I just love doing monochromatic cards. I always have a hard time with what colors to put together, and this is so simple.  Besides they look great.  My image was stamped with versa mark and embossed in brown, just to give it a little extra depth and shine.  I add just a bit of stickles on the roof of the church to look like snow shining. My sticky mesh I colored with a marker after trying distress ink and finding out it just rubs off making a big mess.  And a little bit of gold cording.

I even managed a few challenges again today:
Sketch Saturday-#250
Jingle Belles-neutral monochromatic
Sentimental Sunday-anything goes
